Rooted in Faith: Why I Created Psalm & Petal Studio

If you had told me years ago that I would one day create a space centered around faith, encouragement, creativity, and community, I probably would have smiled politely and quietly doubted myself.

But looking back now, I can see God weaving this story together long before I ever understood what He was doing.

My faith journey hasn’t been perfect or polished. It has been filled with seasons of growth, uncertainty, healing, rebuilding, and learning how to trust God even when life felt overwhelming. There were moments when I felt deeply connected to Him, and moments when I felt distant and unsure. But through every season, God continued to gently draw me back to Him.

One of the greatest influences in my faith has always been my grandparents.

They lived their faith quietly but consistently — through kindness, prayer, generosity, and the way they loved others. Watching them taught me that faith isn’t just something you talk about on Sundays. It’s something you carry into everyday life. It’s found in quiet prayers, warm kitchens, handwritten notes, helping others without being asked, and showing grace when life is difficult.

Some of my favorite memories are the simple moments:
the comfort of being surrounded by family,
hearing prayers spoken over meals,
watching unwavering faith during hard seasons,
and seeing what it looked like to truly trust God.

Those memories stayed with me.

Over time, I realized I wanted to create something that reflected that same feeling — a soft place to land. A space where women could feel encouraged, welcomed, inspired, and reminded they are not walking through life alone.

That became Psalm & Petal Studio.

This space was created for women navigating every kind of season — whether you are rebuilding your faith, healing from difficult moments, searching for deeper connection with God, or simply longing for peace in a busy world.

Here you’ll find journals, devotionals, printables, encouragement, honest storytelling, prayer, and community. But more than anything, I hope you find comfort here.

I hope this becomes a place where women grow together in grace.

Thank you for being here at the very beginning of this journey. I truly believe God is building something meaningful here, and I’m so grateful you’re a part of it.

With love,
Psalm & Petal Studio
